Sarum Guitars & Drums ' electronics engineer has over 50 years of experience repairing and servicing electronic equipment, including Guitar and Amplifier Electronics.

The engineer calls into the shop most weeks to undertake electronics jobs that customers have left for repair.

Our investigation and repair fees are £45 for the first hour. This must be paid in advance when the item is booked in. During this first hour, the engineer will investigate the fault and, if possible, repair it. If he cannot repair the item within this hour, Sarum Guitars will further advise the customer how to proceed. The Investigation Fee is non-refundable at our discretion, even if the equipment is deemed broken beyond economic repair.

Please collect your repaired item as soon as you can after we contact you to say it's ready. Sarum Guitars will try to contact you more than once, but if we have not heard from you within 30 days of our first call, we reserve the right to sell the item to recover our costs.
